The .52 Gal.
Its heavy two-hit-kill shot makes its very existence a threat.
Thud, thud, thud.
Even from the low firing sound echoing across the battlefield, you can feel the weight of the shots flying in. I'm desperately closing the distance hugging a roller, while the opponent finishes the job by hitting me twice from far away.
How unreasonable.
And if they put up a shield in front of me, I'm out of options.
My attacks are blocked by the shield, and only their heavy shots keep flying at me.
Dear developers.
Couldn't it be nerfed a bit?
I should flee, but I challenge it head-on
Thinking that, I still head-on challenge it when I should run, because that's KAZUKIN.
And usually lose.
I know.
A head-to-head fight with a roller against a .52 Gal is a bad matchup.
All I have is hiding.
“Strategic ambush,” an excuse
Hide inside the ink, wait for the opponent to let their guard down and pass by. Then, from close range, bring the roller down on their back.
Call it cowardly if you like.
The winner makes the rules.
...Apparently people don't say that much anymore.
But as long as you win, you can attach reasons later.
This isn't cowardice.
It's strategic ambush.
An advanced judgment to strike the opponent's blind spot rather than trade fire head-on.
Telling myself that, KAZUKIN lurks in the ink again today.

My hiding spot is plainly discovered.
A wasted death.
Before I can even raise the roller, thud, thud, two shots.
The next moment, KAZUKIN is floating up into the sky.
While waiting to respawn, I watch the battlefield from above.
My teammates are fighting desperately outnumbered.
They're probably looking at me.
They shouldn't actually be able to see me, but for some reason I can feel only a cold white stare.

Next time
If I had the mental strength to endure these cold white stares from teammates, I wouldn't be agonizing over short-term stock-price swings.

Believing that, I vanish into the ink again.
