I heard an article like that was trending on X.
Apparently in some circles, the verdict is:
“Lame.”
“Creepy.”
...
In that case.
The blood of contrarian investor KAZUKIN stirs.
I pulled my BRIEFING body bag out of the closet and headed to AEON Mall.

They must be thinking,
“It's a body-bag middle-aged man.”

Probably nobody is looking.
Yes.
The number of people walking around paying that much attention to a middle-aged man's bag is far smaller than I thought.
At least by my observation.
Back to the point.
Surprisingly roomy
What I use is a slightly large BRIEFING body bag.
Wallet, phone, mobile battery, a 500 ml bottle, small items.
It holds more than I expected.
It has many pockets and is easy to organize, so it's quite handy for everyday use.
Not ballistic nylon. But light.
The only slight disappointment is that it isn't ballistic nylon.
That rugged texture really does have appeal.
Still, that makes it light.
I can walk with it slung over my shoulder with little strain, and this lightness is very usable in practice.
I think this is a complete trade-off.
After 2–3 years of use
I've probably had it 2–3 years since I bought it.
So far there's no major wear.
Almost no loss of shape, and it doesn't feel worn out.
As expected of BRIEFING.
It's not flashy, but the reassurance of a tool for daily use is very high.
By Ore-shiki standards
Stocks and bags are the same.
When everyone is saying
“It's over.”
that's when I'm most curious.
Of course, you shouldn't equate stocks with bags,
but at least with body bags,
quitting just because “they're not trendy”
seems a bit of a waste.
And after a few weeks of the body-bag campaign, I reached one conclusion.
...Nobody's looking after all.
So today again I walk with my BRIEFING over my shoulder.
